To blackball someone for not being Empire then delete is a douche move. Wasted all the donations I put in to the guild, thanks for your contribution to the game.

Irineth (fort thief) got GM of voralia and kicked every single evil person. Thief guild douchery is kind of par for the course. Thankfully it has little actual impact on your character.

I had hoped we could team up more. I had expected us to get to hero together.
Traps seemed interesting, but apparently not enough from your point of view :-)
