I generally liked this character.

This was me. This character was fairly successful at accomplishing my two main goals, 1 to rekindle my cf mojo which has been sort of flagging for a while and 2, to just sort of help people out in CF. I liked playing her, but I had my first kid in January, so as the baby has gotten more interactive I've had less time to play CF. Even when I did play I was constantly jumping up to change diapers, etc. So if you're wondering why I was so unreliable, that's why.

The real reason for the delete is that I was forced to be super scarce for a while due to work and then sort of lost my rhythm. Other than that, this character would be a whole lot of fun to play in big cabalwars, but I sort of boxed myself in RP-wise so if there weren't at least 2-3 maran and 2-3 in an enemy cabal it got fairly dull often.
The healer-transmuter-acolyte is a pretty fun angle if you're into group stuff.

It wasn't all successes. Doing the Borkahd RP was fun at first but I got in way over my head rp-wise and didn't think it through. I don't have the chops to pull that whole thing off right. Mea culpa. My biggest disappointment was being ignored by Twist. He didn't like my RP as his mortal and probably thought that my role was just a way of begging for quest skills, which wasn't the point but whatever. Anyway, I got sort of derailed on my main RP plotline because of this, but that's alright, I had a good time and won an RC contest which gave me more tangible awards than I ever expected to get anyway.

Special props to Padwei who was a very active presence old-school CF style, Gurgred who had excellent RP, Rhone who is the reason Tiamat died, and everyone who made it fun! There were lots of people I interacted with, and if you respond I'll answer questions and whatnot.

I though Nevaelle was a great character. And at times, I thought Nevaelle was *incredible*. Thank you for helping to make Fortress so fun and diverse for me.

I never understood the choices people made during the whole Borkahd deal so I tried to push that under the carpet :)

Also, I have a request: Could you please post Nevaelle's description for me? There is a project I am working on and it would be very helpful.
100980, Thanks

What description do you want? I changed them as I aged, but here's an early one.

Spritely blond hair topples gaily down her neck, bouncing gently as she
walks. Her large, greenish-yellow eyes shine with inner emotion and her face
seems to hide nothing. When she smiles, it is with gusto and when she frowns,
her whole face threatens to wrinkle into itself. Fortunately, she doesn't
frown all that often. Her clothes wears are humble, with few frills, but
a range of warm hues. The only interesting thing about her attire is a patch
sewn into her shirt in the center of her chest. It's some kind of embroidered
symbol, though it is fairly abstract. Some sort of stick-figure with arms and
legs outstretched stands in the middle, and golden lines either emenate or
stream into it's torso from all directions. It's a rather odd garment, but
from the slightly tattered edges it looks like she's removed and reapplied it
many times. That, and the obvious care that was taken in the stitching of the
design itself, it's clear that this symbol is very important to her for some
reason.

From when we fought Tiamat. You were Cardinal, and it was post-Borkahd.

Thanks again!

I liked Nevaelle a lot, she felt like a really thought out character and was fun to have around. See you with the next! Whenever that is :) (I'd have to start playing again as well ...).

You were a great elder. You always managed to say thing in that perfectly conciliatory way when people were arguing.

And my next is already in progress. Just a sort of palate-cleansing character that I probably won't play for all that long.

After that I have what I think is a pretty distinctive idea with some depth. So get in there!
101024, Liked the RP a lot.

You were always a good presence to have around and help keep those
pesky Maran in order! I thought you were a good leader, especially in
terms of making the applicants think about what their other goals were
beyond Scribe/Acolytedom.

Congrats on the kidlet, and hope to see you around again.
101030, I LOVED you, but you confused the hell out of me.

I was never really sure how to take you. You were so...just sort of but not really aloof. You were nice, and fun to have around, but it was always like "okay I'll just sort of hang with you, and whatever you want to do is fine with me". I'm used to more proactive suggestions from people. It was like you never really wanted anything from me but my company, and that's really just unusual in my CF experience as a paladin.

You will be missed, I really always loved having you around, even if just to have someone entertaining to talk to, which you were in a big way.
101031, I thought you were great.

Even from the start of playing Algr I thought you were a really good character. I was very glad to RP with you whenever you were around. I wish we could have roleplayed more together but thats kinda how it is. Well done, maybe I'll see you in the fields again.
101035, I also really liked this character. (n/t)

Okay, just a little text. Well played without being over the top mushy and whatnot.

101089, Such a badass in that bitter acolyte badassery way.

Wish Kelstrane had a chance to interact with you more.

I mean this in the gayest of ways.

No, Seriously.

You were awesome, though. Roll something I can interact with more, dammit, I hate it when cool people delete :(
100966, I wondered...

That last statement before you rested so quickly had us wondering.
This is saddening. I was hoping to get to know you better as well,
I enjoyed the talk we had by the way and was hoping for a bit more
it seemed our characters had similar outlooks on a ton of different
things. I hope it was more along the lines of you wanting to play
something else, if so good luck with your next, and if not good
luck with your next anyway. :)
