Two solutions:
1. Change the wording of the oath to make it "obvious" that any non-evil person taking the oath is going to suffer repercussions.
"I renounce all that is good and holy, and embrace the darkness." etc.
2. Add an intermediate step that displays some verbiage to the would-be oath, basically saying "If you go through with this you will lose skills/spells", then allow him to "abort" the process at that point if he so chooses.
