Twice I think. I died to you and some shaman in Imperial Lands when you weren't even a hero yet. Then the time you slept me in the Fields of Balator.

I died that time because I was not prepared to survive being slept and maledicted.

Though, it would be pretty hard to be prepared for that. I had the means to cure blindness and enough speckled/silver pills to survive and get to a healer, but I got "full" and couldn't eat any more of them.

I haven't found anything reliable for curing lich scourge.

Fighting a lich is sort of like fighting a shaman. Don't do it unless you're prepared to survive rot, or, in the case of a lich, to survive curse + blind + forget + scourge.
