Description

Before you lies an orc that is a formidable figure, towering at around 8 and a
half feet in height. Its skin is a deep, rugged shade of green, marred by
numerous battle scars and adorned with tribal tattoos and symbols. A pair of
large tusks jut upward from their lower jaw, adding to their fearsome
countenance.

Their body is thickly built, with bulging muscles beneath their skin, a
testament to their physical prowess and years of combat. They wear a patchwork
of scavenged metal and bone as crude armor, giving them a rugged and
battle-hardened appearance.

The orc's hair, dark and coarse, hangs untamed around their broad shoulders,
and itseyes, like burning embers, convey a fierce intensity and unwavering
determination.

must learn to harness them, and to master them. You must not fear them,
nor shun them. You must embrace them, and use them."

"What are the power of the orcs, and the power of the dark arts, O mighty
voice?" Watclawsh asked, intrigued and curious.

"The power of the orcs is the power of your blood, your body, and your
spirit. It is the power of your strength, your endurance, and your fury.
It is the power of your ancestors, who could reshape the earth with their
will. It is the power that you have awakened, and that you have shown in
your duel with Bolg. It is the power that makes you an orc, and a
Shig-ru."

"The power of the dark arts is the power of your mind, your soul, and
your magic. It is the power of your cunning, your creativity, and your
ambition. It is the power of the dark forces that lurk in the shadows,
and that offer you their secrets. It is the power that you can learn, and
that you can wield. It is the power that can make you more than an orc,
and more than a Shig-ru."

"How can I use the power of the orcs, and the power of the dark arts, O
wise voice?" Watclawsh asked, listening attentively.

"You must align with the clan called the Scions, who use the dark arts
and magic. They are the allies of the gods, and the seekers of power.
They have struck a pact with forces not of Thera, and have gathered a
cadre of black-hearted souls to their side. They conjure forth beings of
silent shadow, as a foreshadowing of the legions to come. They traffic in
the currencies of knowledge, prophecies, and lore. They are masters of
manipulation, cunning scholars of the ancient. They lurk in every shadow,
keepers of secrets most would dread to read. They can show you how to tap
into the hidden potential of your bloodline, and how to unleash the power
of the dark arts. They can help you subdue the other clans of power, and
conquer the lands of the weak and the foolish. They can make you the
greatest king of the orcs, and the favorite of the gods."

Watclawsh slept in the Shamans Quarters, surrounded by his loyal
warriors. He had a dream, a vision, a message from the gods.

He saw a dark and vast cavern, filled with bones and fire. He heard a
deep and thunderous voice, speaking in the ancient orcish tongue. He did
not know the name of the voice, but he felt its power and authority. He
felt a chill of fear and awe.

"Behold, Watclawsh, son of the Shig-rus, king of the orcs. You have done
well, defeating Bolg and claiming the throne. You have honored your
ancestors and your bloodline. You have awakened the power within you. But
you have not yet fulfilled your destiny. You have not yet restored the
glory of the orcs. You have not yet pleased the gods."

"What must I do, O mighty voice?" Watclawsh asked, bowing his head.

"You must show your dominance to the other clans of power, who have
challenged and defied the orcs. You must unite them under your rule, or
destroy them if they resist. You must conquer the lands of the weak and
the foolish, who have oppressed and despised the orcs. You must make the
world tremble at your name. You must make the gods proud of their
children."

"Which clans of power must I subdue, O wise voice?" Watclawsh asked,
raising his head.

"You must subdue the BattleRagers, the Outlanders, and the Fortress.
They are the strongest and the most rebellious of the clans of power.
They have their own traditions and customs, which differ from yours. They
have their own gods and patrons, which rival yours. They have their own
territories and resources, which you need. They are your enemies and your
rivals. You must defeat them, or make them your allies."

"I know of the BattleRagers, the Outlanders, and the Fortressm, O great
voice. They are not orcs, but they are formidable foes. The BattleRagers
are a clan of berserkers, who fight with rage and frenzy. The Outlanders
are a clan of nature preservers, who protect the lands and the animals.
The Fortressm are a clan of warriors of the light, who follow a code of
honor and justice. How can I subdue them, O powerful voice?" Watclawsh
asked, listening attentively.

Watclawsh Takes the Throne

Watclawsh challenged Bolg for the throne. Bolg was a weak and cruel king
of the orcs. Watclawsh was a chief of fierce warriors. He had trained
with Tremblefist, the shaman, who had taught him the secrets of his
bloodline.

They fought in the Shamans Quarters, a sacred place. The duel was fierce
and brutal. They matched each other blow for blow. They fought with no
mercy, no honor, no fear.

Watclawsh fought with the strength of his ancestors, and the spirit of
his shaman. He felt the power of his bloodline coursing through his
veins. He fought with the fury of his weapon, a great axe made of iron
and bone.

Bolg fought with the pride of his father, and the ambition of his ego. He
fought with the cruelty of his nature, and the malice of his soul. He
fought with the force of his army, and the advantage of his numbers.

They fought for a long time, until one of them made a fatal mistake. Bolg
tried to finish off Watclawsh with a swift strike. Watclawsh dodged the
blow, and countered with a powerful strike of his own. He pierced Bolgs
heart with his axe.

Bolg gasped and choked, and fell to the ground. He was dead. Watclawsh
stood over him, and raised his axe in triumph. He roared in victory. He
had done it. He had claimed the throne. He had become Watclawsh the
Deathbringer.

Embracing the challenge, Watclawsh set out on a quest to rediscover the
essence of the Shig-ru tradition. Tremblefist guided him, revealing
forgotten rituals and unlocking the latent potential within his
bloodline. Watclawsh learned that while the gods may have diminished the
physical might of the Shig-rus, they could not suppress the indomitable
will and cunning that defined the orcish spirit.

Through trials that pushed him to the brink of endurance, Watclawsh began
to uncover a reservoir of inner strength. The curse imposed by the gods
became a catalyst for transformation, forcing the Shig-rus of Watclawsh's
generation to rely on ingenuity, strategy, and a newfound connection to
the spirits.

As Watclawsh returned to his village, he bore the mark of a changed

testament to the resilience of the orcish spirit. Watclawsh, once
burdened by the curse, emerged as a leader who embraced the limitations
imposed by the gods, using them as a stepping stone to forge a new path
within the Shig-ru tradition.

Born into a family line of chiefs in a village known for its fierce
warriors, Watclawsh grappled with the formidable legacy of the Shig-rus
who had come before him. However, his struggle was intensified by a harsh
realitythe Shig-rus of old, including those of his family line, wielded
powers far greater than those of the present, a consequence of a curse
placed upon them by the gods.

The village, nestled in the rugged wilderness, whispered of a time when
the Shig-rus possessed powers that could reshape the very earth beneath
their feet. Tales of their unmatched strength and the devastation they
wrought upon their enemies lingered in the air. However, the gods,
angered by the unchecked might of the Shig-rus, had cursed their lineage,
ensuring that the powers of subsequent generations would be diminished.

Watclawsh, burdened not only by the weight of his family's legacy but
also the knowledge of the gods' curse, sought the guidance of the
village's lone shaman, Tremblefist. The ancient shaman, with eyes that
seemed to hold the secrets of the world, confirmed the curse that had
befallen the Shig-rus. Yet, Tremblefist spoke of a different kind of
