Ward of Blades

Time had come for me to meditate on another way of the Macalla. Once again, I
was brought to a circle in the arena, this time in the corner near all the
weapon racks. I was given two blades, my preferred weapons, and told to close
my eyes and meditate and focus on my swordplay. As I practiced the movements
of my sword, I sensed the world around me, and soon I found I could sense an
aggressive aura. My swords moved to meet that aura, and for what seemed to be
hours, our weapons clashed. Blow after blow, I threw aside my aggressors,
until they lost the war of attrition.

"That be some good defense, Son" said Guildmaster.
