Chapter 3

The Warrior's Vow: Rise of Kurdwa and the Battle Against the Empire

Stronger and more skilled in the art of combat, Kurdwa discovered that the
source of the strongest oppressions that fell upon the weakest, who could
hardly resist them by following the will of the oppressors, was known as the
Empire. Soldiers who followed the orders of their commanders to expand their
lands by force, forcing everyone to accept such orders or die if they
refused. Knowing this, and never forgetting the promise he made to his
father to help them when he grew stronger, Kurdwa now has an even greater
goal: to destroy the Imperials. He knows that he needs not only physical
strength, but also a lot of faith, i.e. spiritual strength, which he seeks
from a strong god, and he knows of the existence of the god of war, called
Panmorne. This is his new focus, to receive the holy blessings to continue
the war against the Imperials even stronger.

Kurdwa embarked on a journey of self-improvement, seeking to hone his skills
and gain deeper knowledge of holy magic and battle strategy. He traveled to
distant lands, in search of renowned masters who could teach him ancient
secrets and advanced techniques. On his journey, he encountered paladins and
warriors from diverse backgrounds, each with their own history and motivation
to fight. He found out about the existence of the Fortress where he was
accepted as a Squire and also shared his experiences and knowledge with the
new allies. Together, they faced ever-increasing threats, from marauding
bandits to dark creatures bent on destruction. With each challenge overcome,
he absorbed new lessons and refined his skills. He has mastered the art of
halberds combat and new skills, honing his strength and agility. In addition, he
immersed himself in the study of holy magic, learning to cast powerful
healing and protective spells. He continues his quest for power, but not for
personal glory, as he knows that the stronger he becomes, the more
effectively he can fight evil forces and protect those who cannot defend
themselves. His journey is a constant quest for justice, committed to
bringing peace and hope to the places where oppression reigns. And so,
Kurdwa, the champion paladin, sets out on his relentless path, guided by the
light of justice and the promise he made. His unshakable determination and
unparalleled courage inspire all those lucky enough to cross his path,
knowing that he is the shield and sword of those in need.

Kurdwa, the paladin.

Kurdwa the giant paladin who was born near the mountains of Kiadana, suffered
a lot due to the invasion of the fire giants that wanted to dominate the
mountains and everything around. He grew up hearing words of wisdom from the
elders of the village, but in his heart he knew he had to do something to
free everyone from suffering. On a certain day he left the village, telling
his father that he was going to become someone more powerful and that he
would return one day and do something to alleviate the suffering of all his
friends and family. After traveling for several days, he visited several
towns and villages and found that many were frightened by the events, some
people were made slaves, others simply did not know what happened to them.
Knowing this, Kurdwa began his training with a paladin who resided in the
great city of Galadon and promised that he would help everyone who needed his
help. He dedicated himself intensely to the rigors of paladin training in the
city of Galadon. Under the tutelage of his master, he learned the arts of
war, deepened his knowledge of military strategies, and strengthened his
spirit. Each stroke of the halberd, each defense, was a step towards fulfilling
his promise. While training, Kurdwa listened to the sad stories of other
warriors and citizens who had lost everything, these accounts only increased
his determination to bring justice and relief to all those who had suffered
at the hands of these ruthless invaders. He equipped himself with imposing
armor, forged from dragon scales and enchanted with magical protections. His
halberd shone brightly, ready to face the challenge that awaited him on his
journey.
