What Happened??

Nunthdhrag roared in outrage and confusion as he materialised from thin air,
back into the lands he despised. His last living memory was being dethroned
by a filthy Warlord and cast into the trenches of the Clan where he perished
from his wounds days later. In those days he endured with outrage the
onlookers who marvelled at the once great Chieftain of Thrakburzug that lay
rotting in the mud.

How the mighty had fallen.

But by some cruel trick of the gods, he had been given a second chance. He
looked toward the loud and obnoxious Eternal Star that flaunted itself to the
south and strode towards the gaudy Inn when he caught sight of his reflection
and marvelled at the beauty youth that he had long thought forgotten. He
stopped to admire himself and was overcome with rage and embarrassment when
he realized the marking of Thrakburzug had disappeared and left only
unscathed flesh.

In his shame, he retreated to the Grinning Skulls Clan and snatched a rusted
blade from a peon with disgust. He strode to the trenches in which he was
vanquished many centuries ago and began to hack and etch vicious scars into
his flesh before filling them with refuse and muck. He knew then what had to
be done:

1) He would take his rightful place on the Throne.

2) He would become worthy of Thrakburzug once again.

3) He would restore the fear of the Clan to Thera.
