Erceran's parents were forced to leave their home long time ago and so they
were trying to create new creature of unseen before power whom they could
fully control. They both were sure that one day this being will revenge
other dark-elves and the whole Thera for their shame and weakness. Nobody
knows for sure what exactly they were doing in their secret laboratory deep
in Underdark, but eventually Erceran was born. Since first years of his life
he understood it very hard way what do order and discipline mean. For many
first years of his life Erceran was never allowed to do anything his parents
didn't want him to do, not even eat or drink unless they told him to do so.

But many years later this drow finally grew up and questioned the way he was
born and everything what has happened to him. Erceran was always much
smarter, faster and stronger than anybody else of his age, so it didn't take
him much time to murder those who called themselves his parents. Since then
he was always alone and will probably never trust anyone in Thera at all
again. Erceran became an anti-paladin in that laboratory already, but he
finally destroyed it and left Underdark only after he killed his parents.

Even though he hated those who created him and his whole long previous life,
Erceran already gained most of their thoughts and habits. It was very hard
decision to become Emperor of Thera or Provost Magistrate to better enforce
his will and orders to other therans in future after he learned more about
the world on the surfcace. But he didn't want to spend many next years
doing everything he would be ordered as a lesser imperial, not after his
painful childhood. So he became a Magistrate of Blood Tribunal and soon
learned that current Provost is very weak and often speaks about Mercy Law
and unknown Bria who likes his wrong vision of Laws. Erceran views it as an
opportunity to become Provost Magistrate and Dark Despot of Thera himself.

This dark-elf hates and always murders all members of races who will never
obey laws and his own orders: orcs, goblins, wood-elves, centaurs, saurians
and wights. Also Erceran murders all rangers and druids he meets because of
same reasons. He oftens kills other anti-paladins to leech more power from
their unholy weapons. But usually this drow doesn't hunt any other therans
unless they attack him first, or they carry something of exceptional value.
