Khazur the Delver of Caverns

Description

Before you is a felar slightly taller than the average for his race. He has a
strong, muscular build though not overly so which looks to give him excellent
agility. His weight is held on his hind paws and vigorous, powerful legs give
him a sturdy stance. Solid arms look strong and razor-sharp claws would tear
through the toughest of hide armors. You see a long staff and various other
items held in a pack strapped to his back with a thin brown band. He has
dark, ebony fur that is thick and his tail moves hypnotically from side to
side. He blends well into his surroundings with natural colored clothing and
armors throughout. Two pointed ears turn slightly towards nearby sounds and
his bright green eyes dart around observing and absorbing even the slightest
of details of his surroundings.

Chapter 2

Joining Outlander

I has now been many years since I left my village and set out on my new path.
One to stop the encroachment of civilization upon our way of life being free
and wild. I have learnt new skills and have slain many that live blind in
their everyday existences. So many are thoughtless or corrupt and continue
their pathetic lives driven by greed of coin and possessions. Some are
defilers of nature, others so set in their ways or walk blindly through their
lives. So many are unnatural or enslavers of others and are set out to
destroy all that we seek.

In my time I had met up with several Outlanders who have similar goals to
mine and after speaking with their leader the Nightreaver he has chosen me
to become one of his reavers and together we will be nightmares to all that
are against us. We will burn their cities and murder them all until none
are left and then Thar-Eris will re take that which has been stolen over
the years and we can all live free, wild and hunt like it once once and
shall be once more. If they are not with us they will be eradicated like
the plague they are and Thar-Eris will be restored!

Chapter 1

Early Life

My early memories of my life are pleasant ones enjoying the abundance of life
in our remote village to the far south of Thera. It was far from any city and
we were content with it that way. We lived within the vast forests that
extending far in all directions. There were vast wilderness all around us to
explore, hunt and gather all the things we needed and it was plentiful. There
was no malice here with everyone in the village pleased with their life here
in the wonder of nature. I was always eager to explore new wild places and
often ventured out into the surrounding forests and mountains. I most enjoyed
the remoteness and ancient forest abound with life, its waterways, creatures
beyond measure and vast wilds far as the eye could see. I was free and wild.

Unfortunately those days were changing forever more. More places were
encroaching on our lands each season with rumours of a large keep built to
the north east with the destruction of vast forests in the process. There was
a dark foreboding presence to our far northern swamps where I was always told
never to venture. An unnatural presence enslaving and cannibalising those
that fell into their space. Even now when climbing the tallest timbers dark
polluted smoke can be seen to the far north-east from the vile city of
Galadon. There was a time where none of these places could be seen or felt
from our home but no longer.

I spoke with the elders about my anger over these unnatural changes and that
I wanted to do what I could to stop the encroachment and destruction of our
way of life. I decided to leave our village now I had come of age and set out
to learn what I could and stop those that seek to destroy the wilds I had
lived in all my life. I had learnt many skills from living in the wilds and
decided to become a ranger and learn many new skills to help me on my new
path I had chosen. The next day at dawn I said my goodbyes and headed out of
the village young and eager to change the world and eradicate those that
every day are destroying our way of life. Only actions will make a difference
and stop them once and for all!
