Description

This rather small creature is clearly a felar, but more like what you'd
imagine a felar looked like thousands of years ago. There has been
evolution of its humanoid characteristics, in fact, it seems to be
regressing into its more animal feline nature. It's a rather
filthy ball of reddish brown fur, and can often be caught
loping along not upright, but on all fours. Its eyes show more
cunning than intelligence. Its constant licking and grooming of
itself causes a persistent hacking, as its often working on
getting something up through its throat to spit out.

Rohktiss comes from a tribe of what could charitably be called feral
felar. They're a backward bunch, completely primal, and all the more
deadly because of it. They understand and train with all manner of
weapons, but will enter true combat with nothing but their claws,
or, at times, a knife or dagger, which they view as a mere extension of
those claws. Anything else, for them, is cowardly. Combat means you
need to be as close as possible to your opponent, to feel his blood
spill on you as you carve him up.
His tribe never evolved to the point where magic was accepted, and
certainly none of his tribe ever showed any inclination towards the actual
study of magic. Above all, any felar who dabble in magic are to be destroyed,
as well as any of the enslavers who use magic to subjugate others.
