Description

A elvish man, moving with fluid movements, is here standing proudly. Smaller
than most elves, his appears somewhat muscular for his slender build. Short
silvery hair flows freely and reveals from time to time his short yet pointy
ears. Greenish eyes peers around from time to time and as he talks, you see
that he has beautiful teeth coming from such thin lips. Bony cheeks and a
thin straight noses completes the sight of his figure. He wears modest armor
though he seems to take care of them very much. On his left cheek, a short
reddish scar is here, freshly made.

Dear Mother,

I have received your letters by my guildmaster of Voralian City. I know you
are concerned since I haven't wrote to you ever since...but War is raging and
much battles are done. Yes, I am still alive. I have been enrolled by the
Holy Brigade of the Phoenix as a Squire to fight the War, fight for the
Light. It was Marshall Oshui who granted me entrance and I am glad that he
has put his trust in me. Sadly, he has passed away recently which will leave
a large void within us.

I've reached the pinnacle of my guild and people seem to know my name. I have
fought great enemies such as Kraldinor, the Emperor of Thera or Arratok, the
Commander of the Barbarians. It's unbelievable how strong I have become and
how far I did go. Father would not be able to believe that...

...Speaking of Father, I am sorry to learn of his passing. I must be honest
with you, Mother, this came as a shock. I did not know how to feel about
this...such hatred I have felt in the past about him...yet it is because of
him I am here right now...and he is my Father. So I grieve for him and pray
for you to have the strength to carry on. I promise to visit more. Pray also
for me to stay strong in this War as it consumes the soul each and every
time. Such a thin line between right or wrong, you never know when you may
stumble. But my spirit is strong, Mother. Like you. I will not fail you, nor
my new family or the Light.

Dear Mother Part I

Dear mother,

I am aware that I did not take the time to write to you ever since I've left
home in Darsylon though now I am letting you know that I have left the
academy and now am a member of the Warrior Guild! You may tell Father that I
have succeeded. Ever since my older brother died, he kept telling me I would
never achieve what he has accomplished. I guess now he is wrong. It's a harsh
world out there and I know you both have tried to protect me from it...but
I'm 130 years old now! I can take care of myself! You won't always be here to
protect me! Even though I may die tomorrow, you must know that I love you
both even though Father looked down on me so many times. In a way, I thank
him to push me over my limits and allow me to gather the strength to prove
him wrong. It may lead me to my end though I must know how far I can go
before I reach that point. I have met some good people in Voralian City
though I must say there is such cruelty in this world. Many commoners have
perished in the hands of greedy folks who's simple task was to murder as many
as they could. May it be for pride or for practice...these people have the
right to live a long and meaningful life.

Once I've tested my skills, I believe I shall join the Fortress of Light. I
know Father would object simply thinking that I would fail and die quickly it
would dishonor our family's name. But...But I wish to do so. My heart is
aching so much when I see such evil happening in this world. I know that
you've always said that I was perhaps too kind and compassionate towards
people...perhaps it is why I am in such pain. Though I guess I must fight for
this to stop. To give the same hope I've had when Brother fought for us.

...I must stop, such memories still hurts me. I will write to you again to
let you know that I still live and perhaps you may hear of me?
