Description

Piercing through a mass of obstructive white hair, a set of jade-flecked
sapphire blue eyes demand your attention. Streaked with silver, the man's
stringy white hair frames his angular, dark-gray face - loose tendrils
falling in his eyes before landing at his shoulders in an uneven line as if
cut with a dull knife. Clearly of a human origin, his aquiline nose protrudes
from his otherwise delicate face that displays a rigid jaw-line and
protruding, triangular cheekbones. His mouth is hard, the pale purple color
of his lips accented by the position. While at first the delicate
bone-structure and little musculature of his body gives the impression of
frailty, there is a distinct underlying agility and litheness to his
movements.

Chapter 2

Beginnings

Zil is the illegitimate son of a merchant lord of Seantryn, of the family
Galadonius. Born out of an unlikly unity between his father, who at that time
was a young man, and a dark-elven servant. He was disinherited and put out on
the street once old enaugh to fend for himself. His early years after being
put out was spent as a street urchin, and was he able to survive because of
his skill at creating situations where people focuses there attention at him,
thus allowing the thieving bands to dispossess the down on luck of their
belongings. His skills with knives, aswell as his uncanny ability to cause
chaos, gave him a solid possition withing the thieving bands. Even though he
had no nack for the nimble art of thievery.

In an unfortunate incident of gigantic proportions, Zil was seen by the
seantryn guards as a noble woman was knifed to death in a back alley over a
few gold coins. Wether this was an intentional setup, or mere chance, will
probably never be known. But the result would have been the same regardless,
as Zil now found himself hunted by the law, disinherited by his father and
generally speaking out of luck in every possible way. Thus he fled the city.

In a moment of somewhat dubious clarity, sitting amongs the waste filled
heaps of the seantryn swamps, Zil decided to herby refer to himself as Zil ex
Galadonius. This as an effort to mock his father, who essentially was the
origin of his current more or less unfortunate situation.

Through his somewhat extensive trials as a child, Zil has come to believe
that you cannot rely on anyone besides yourself, and your own two hands. He
intends to use these hands to destroy and rebuild, through conflict and
chaos. With quite a bit of perseverance he intends to forge himself into a
person diametrically opposed to his father. A man who relish the idea of
order, of peace and handing tasks of to others.

Chapter 1

Burning Passion.

While many people cling to the notion of an afterlife, be it the azure plains
or perhaps the depths of hell. What unifies these notions is the need to
cling to a belief in an eternity beyond, a reward, or perhaps a punishment,
for your actions and efforts in life. Zil, however, has no such notions of
eternity. He believes there is no afterlife, no greater reward for efforts
done in life. Life is the reward, and by limiting yourself based on the
perception of an afterlife, results in a meager existance of self-doubt and
self-limitation.

There is a limited time to live, and upon death you are returned to the
earth. Because of this you have to use the life nature have offered you, and
simply live life to its fullest. Find a purpose for your existance, and
persue it with your every waking moment. It is, however, not the goal that
should be in focus but the journey towards it.

Zil has found this goal and defined the path towards it. The outlanders have
given him what he sought as he ventured forth beyond the city walls for the
first time. He has become his fathers opposite, he has become a man of chaos
and conflict who relish the idea of accomplishing things on his own. However,
the future now lay before him as he must persue this path towards its end.
With a burning passion for war, chaos and freedom, he must grow stronger. So
he may increase the scope of the conflict, and aid in the war against all
those who hold the same notions as his father.
