Description

Before you stands a tall, frail avian. He is fidgety and
looks about nervously at his surroundings, his eyes flickering
about quickly and observantly. He seems to make a bad habit out
of staying in the shadows, as if he prefers avoiding unwanted
eyes. The weapons he holds appear well used, and even his hands
appear calloused, though he lacks the build of most warriors.
Small indentations on the side of his head represent his ears
and a plume of grey feathers juts off of his head, almost like
a mane of hair. The rest of his feathers are the same drab gray,
though his eyes are a fiery orange color.

Chapter 4

Young years.

Kom Kolom was born in the arial city "Dorvain" nor far away from
the Arkham. His father was the local drunk and his mother has died
when she was giving birth to Kom. His father was very weak because
of the endless alcohol (he was even barely flying) and everybody
in the city was laughing at him. That's why his father hated
everybody and was trying to make his son very strong so Kom would
revenge for his father's shame. His father made him really like
the art of combat during all those endless trainings.

Soon Kom has realized that he can fight and murder better than any
other child in their city. He has claimed that one day he will
become the Legend of Thera and will be remembered for centuries!
He has asked his father what could Kom do to impress the Lord of
Legends Kastellyn. His father has answered that Kom should defeat
strongest and wisest mages of Thera including Ravon. An eagle was
flying near them when they were speaking and it has heard
everything. Elemek Dymock the Grand Master of Changelings, the
Scion mage was that eagle!

Next day Ravon and all Scion mages have arrived to the Dorvain and
few hours later the city was destroyed. Kom Kolom was too young and
too weak to protect his home from that horde and he hided in the
forests to the down from that city but his father and all other
citizens were murdered. He will remember that horrible day forever!
That day Kom has sworn not to rest until the magic in Thera is
destroyed. Few weeks later he has met Tahren and is now seeking
the hut within the village of battleragers.

Chapter 3

Plans for a future.

Kom Kolom has travelled with orc Korgart for a long time, together
they have slain many dwarves who lived in Akan. One day they were
doing it again and another orc Kraglekrine has arrived to the Akan.
Kom found it strange that another orc wasn't really doing anything
there but he couldn't even imagine (his own honor would never allow
him to do something like it) what will happen next. And next moment
his groupmate orc and another orc have bashed Kom (when he was
fighting the dwarven butcher) to the death and stolen his weapons
and armors. Kom will never group with any orc again and will always
treat orcs like unhonorable unintelligent animals who have no pride
and make lifes of an orcs as painful as possible (by murdering them
and sacrificing their things.) Kom believes orcs shouldn't exist in
the Thera and it was sad accident when orc clan was found.

Commander Yevander has helped Kom Kolom to build his own hut within
the village of battleragers. Kom is very proud because of it and
never will he dishonor ideals of the village. Of course being
usual villager will be never enough for a proud Kom and his plans
for a nearest future are to become the MageSlayer.

Kom Kolom didn't kill anybody but mages yet but he was murdered by
orcs, thiefs, lightwalkers, warriors and the rest of people who
defend mages and distract Kom from his goal (to destroy magic in
Thera). Everyday it becomes harder and harder to murder mages and
not fight other people who defend them or try to murder Kom. And
to be fair he is very tired of it because it makes his work much
less effective. The next person who try to murder Kom will be
treated as mage's friend and punished accordingly.

Chapter 2

The way of a berserker.

Kom Kolom has fought many battles and that's why he is now really
enjoying fighting. He understand what are battle tactics and strategies
and that's why unlike many other berserkers he never loses control over
battles he is fighting. He simply cannot force himself to die in
situations where he can survive. He saw berserkers and even defenders
fighting battles when they have no chance of defeating their opponents,
he would never fight in such battles and he is very upset looking at
how his brothers unnecessary die. Kom Kolom believes that combat
without tactics, strategies and control over battle is just stupid.

That's why Kom has now serious doubts if his choice of becoming berserker
was a right choice? He see other berserkers dying and dying with a smile
on their faces while he doesn't even fight battles he cannot win (though
such battles are very rare, like trying to retrieve the head against
groups of imperials and their centurions). Perhaps Kom should have became
a defender or scout? But unlike other defenders he always fights his battles
alone and unlike scouts he prefers to fight himself rather than calling
his brothers to fight.

Walking in shadows all over Thera Kom saw many people (assassins, bards,
orcs, druids, healers, paladins, rangers, shamans, thiefs and warriors) who
often travel with mages helping them to grow in power and protecting their
lives. Usually Kom remembers their names to punish them for such in the
future. However such actions has drew attention of a Dark Gods once and
Kom is now thinking twice before attacking mage's friends.

Chapter 1

An accident.

Nobody knows what was Kom thinking about when he and Grzztak together
struck War Master on the Mount Kiadana-Rah. War Master has arrived there
when they were fighting storm giants and the blood of storm giants
made Kom stop thinking for a few hours. Such has happened first time in
Kom's life but his hut in the village was burned and now he lives in
the Galadon. Kom doesn't like Galadon, he is always thinking about his
burned little comfortable hut in the village where his friends were
always around.

But this accident changes nothing in Kom's life, he will never forget
his oath: "I swear by Boltthrower's axe that I will not rest until
magic in Thera is destroyed." Kom is hunting mages, trying to protect
the village and angry destructor from enemies and hopes to have another
hut within the village of battleragers. Destroyng the Magic will be
always main goal of Kom's life. However his will is broken because
his dream to become the Legendary Commander of Village probably will
never become true because of this sad accident.
