Delthyneo the Champion of Arms

Description

Before you stands a wood-elf, his six foot frame resting
easily beneath the folds of a heavy wool cloak. Muscular,
if not a bit on the wiry side, he seems to have spent most
of his time on the roads. With well traveled woodsman
gear, and heavily worn armor, there seems to be nothing
about him that would refute that simple fact. His handsome
face seems to be slightly weathered against the elements,
yet you notice that his long dark hair seems very well kept,
as if he had just come from the city that very morning.
His luggage looks worn as well, any trace of a leatherworks
insignia having been worn off long ago, along with a trio
of what seems to be different colored ribbons (black, green,
and red) wrapped tightly about each bicep. As for what
those might mean you can hardly begin to guess, yet with
the cool glint in his dark eyes and the strange looking
sheathes tucked tightly up against his sides, it may not be
a good idea to ask.
