Yujih the Master of the Wilderness

Description

Garbed in dark colours and light shades, this figures
clothes are baggy and loose fitting. With a black hood
covering it's face and it's head, all you can sense is a swift
sniffing sound coming from the depths of the hood. Eyes that
glint black when shined upon also reveal a curious
amount of looking about from the creature who hides behind this hood. It's
body language is always hunched over and it shakes when standing still. Stand
at only about 5'8, this creature is humanoid but covered in fur, grey fur
to be exact. Walking on bandages wrapped around it's paws, with a tail
sliding across the ground limply, this felar looks to either be
lost or down on it's luck.

Chapter 2

The induction in to the Fold.

After many tests and interviews with various mortals of the Fold, I finally
was able to get Eshval's attention and plead for my induction in to the Chasm. Though I would do anything
to spread the prophecy and the eventual destruction of this world, I found it odd that the Dark Muse
had such a negative outlook on my induction. Granted, I have not been up on the surface for very
long, but I cannot see how having another soldier to battle with is a bad thing. Irregardless, I finally
was accepted. After entering the Chasm and searching through tomes that are foreign to my non-magic ways,
I began to have the same feeling I did when I was alone in my hole in the Southern Underdark. The
shadows began to whisper around me once more and I heard the call of many different voices all saying
conflicting things at once. It bothers me no more, though, as I find comfort in these demonic voices clicking
their tongues and speaking oddly around me. They are the only voices I ever heard besides the one of my kin
expelling me from my homeland.

Fools. If they only would know what awaits them. The Elder of the Night speaks of great destruction
and yet my "kin" are busy playing protectors of the trees against other mortals. So short sighted.. so
incredibly.. stupid. I despised my fur and the blood that runs in my veins, the blood that burns at the
sight and smell of magic.. the blood that wants me to fight alongside the Villagers or the Outlanders. I would
rather be locked up 100 years more then do so. Magic will save me from the destruction of the Prophecy and
my race shall begin anew, with me as the father. The Father of Shadows, ruling over the Felar
and this plane with an iron claw.

Before I returned the Ebony Scepter to its rightful place, a Dreaded Sculptor blessed me
with inspiration. Is this the Muuloc, the Charnel Master, that all talk about? Can he truely shape
and burn away layers of ones psyche? I seek more. I must feed his forge with the bodies of light and the
ignorant. I will do so gladly in persuit of my own shaping.

Chapter 3

Yujih's personality and daily thoughts

Yujih's personality can be summed up in a few words. Troubled, paranoid, lonely
and definately near the edge of sanity. His constant bickering with himself
and paranoia stems from his length of time spent in caverns, hiding from his kin. He
does not trust any Felar he ever meets and will always keep a close eye on them. His
bickering arises when he gets too scared for his own good and acts out of fear of reprisal
almost like a cowardly nocturne animal (racoon etc) that gets cornered. Though he is by no
means a coward, he will always look for an advantage in a fight - he does not feel it necessary
to jump in to battles without first weighing the options. Though he may seem chaotic, he is held
down by his appetite for revenge upon his race. He one day wishes to bring the Shadow plane to
to the Prime Material plane, in hopes that it will destroy all of his kin.. and himself.

Yujih holds a certain awe and reverance for the Magi he meets during his travels, doing
anything he can to help them, even to the point of absolute annoyance. Many a mage
has snuck away from Yujih in the hopes to rid of him permanently.

Yujih believes that the Felar race was better off being enslaved by the Magi and that
the only hope for his personal salvation is to find a Mage to enslave him. He believes
that after his race was given 'freedom', they became idiots and were overcome by their natural
instinct - this stemming from his experiences with Jeir and other Outlanders, who speak in
incorrect common and barely make sense as it is. He holds a certain amount of malice for Villagers
for this very reason, and finds every reason to backstab, betray and hinder their quest to rid Thera of
magic.

Yujih finds the god Muuloc an interesting creature, for Muuloc's students speak of
being able to shed away the past and weakness to reveal a hardened, solid figure underneath. Yujih
does not truely believe this possible, as he has never had confidence in his life and sees no reason
to begin now. Though he plans to seek out this Forge god, he does so only in curiousity of what Yujih
could become with his help - he has no intention of persuing any religion or preaching any sort of
gospel.

Yujih, having been alone for the majority of his past life, will always be quick to jump
on anything or anyone near him that is not near to his intellect or makes mistakes. He finds strength
in belittling and betraying others and doesn't care what he needs to do to accomplish his own boosting
of esteem.

Chapter 1

Exiled from the Chasm

As I spoke to myself in the shadows this day, a godly voice reached
across the link between Scion and spoke to me of not being worthy of the Fold. As I began
to regain reality and figured this was not another shadow I spoke to, I attempted to speak
but was quickly silenced. After I was not allowed to speak, I felt my ties with the Ebony Scepter
and the Ccul'gra severed at a divine level. Immediately, I began to prespire and look around nervously. It
seems even my enemies have reached in to the Chasm and grasped the authority there with intensity. I must
be cautious of whom I speak. My race comes after me slowly, I can feel it.
