Description

You see a seamingly young Elven female (An Elf would probably estimate
her age for about 120 to 140 years) with dark brown eyes and light
complexion. Her height is about 1.63 meters in the Elven measure.
Her curly brunette hair nearly reaches her hip and some wisps are
plaited in a fancy manner. She has a slim and small framed figure.
She always trys to evade eye contact with a complete stranger but
otherwise she seems to like company pretty much. (especially if the
company consists of other Elven)
She wears a simple white Robe witch is dusty from her travels and already
quite worn.

Chapter 6

The beginning and the first days

Lacirama was born on a snowy winters day, her parents Sisiria Feathersong and
Aridun Winterleaf always turned out to be loving parents for of her and her
little sister Mionia. But while Lacirama was healthy and joyful her sister
was afflicted since her birth with weakness. This affliction grew worse with
the years and Lacirama spend more and more time on the side of Mionias bed
caring for her. She even managed to ease her burden slightly with her minor
inherited abilitys but one autumn night nothing helped and her sister passed
away. This event caused a large emptiness and much grief in Laciramas life.
Even years couldnt heal this wound completely so she went to the village elder
for advice. He told her she should go to the Academy and start a new life
there seeking faith and companionship to fill what is missing.

And so her travels begun...




Laciramas diary.

I met a Storm Giant Paladin named Yan today on my first day outside of the
academy. He asked me if I want to help him in the graveyard but I seems I
didnt make a good impression... He first said I should be more "bashful" But
after I told him that I am not sure if I can he went away and called me "a
stupid elf" and some other things. Well I think I cant blame him... I have to
try better next time.

A bit later I met Taraq a nice Wood-Elven Ranger and his
Cloud Giant companion Wieczorek. I asked Taraq in a quiet moment when we were
alone what he thinks about gods. His answer was 'In the forest, there is the
forest.'. It seemed pretty clear he wanted to leave it at that. I wonder if
some of my brothers in the wood think different about this.

While I was studying scrolls in the Healer Sanctuary I was asked by Tankar
and Halhaer if I want travel with them to the past... I didnt even know one
could travel there but obviously its possible. Regrettably thees two were not
really, how to put it, ...interested in long conversations I could say. Well
I will have to find someone who can tell me more of this.

Later this day between my practices of mending wounds something strange
happened. Some dark and freezing gale appeared, throwing me of my feed and
chilling me to the bone... I was very frightening but after it vanished
Rilliana, an apparently high ranking Healer, appeared and told me that this
gale was just a trick of some Cabal called Scions of the Night or something
like this. She said that this group consists of power hungry but pitiful,
lonely and sad individuals...

Afterwards I had a longer talk with her about faith and life itself. She said
I should seize the day and make the best out of everything and dont mind the
possible outcomes... *a sentence is blacked out here* Well thats surely
something to consider but I think thats a rather odd way of living. Maybe her
half elven heritage could be the root of this. she is a very kind and helpful
person. She also showed me the way to a place called "Inn of the eternal star"
and offered me help if would ever need it. I am really looking forward meeting
her again.

Chapter 5

Dreams and Travels

I had one of thees dreams again! I was standing in a beautiful garden
surrounded by large trees and thick underbrush. A very small pond to my left,
beds of forget-me-not and roses to my right. A spot of lush grass behind me
and a large statue of Mionia right in front of me... She covers her face with
her hands as if she was playing hide-and-seek or was crying. I heard whispers
in the distance around me and woke shortly after. I wonder why I dreamed of
this again and what the meaning could be.

What horror lies in the past! Last time I was wondering where thees filthy
worms came from, now I know... There are tunnels all under the woods full of
slimy things and... Even thinking about it makes me sick. I never want to go
back there again.

I talked with a Paladin in the evening and he told me that finding faith is
never an easy thing and I have to do it alone because no one can help me with
this. It was quite dispiriting but he also said that giving up is the easier
path and I have to choose myself.

After I got up in the morning I throwed myself into my studies of the healing
art but even this couldnt make the gnawing feeling go away. After I started
getting headaches I decided it was time for traveling. I went to the Inn for
some maps and travel reports and started heading towards Darsylon.

Chapter 4

My sister and the mountain

I dreamed again of the Garden, but this time it was different... The Statue
of my beloved little sister did speak to me! She told me I should show others
the same care and compassion I showed her... I will do my best Mionia, I
promise!

Its not easy helping others while being chased by people lusting for blood.
Most of them are very misguided and pitiful beings but some are so full of
hatred that even their gaze pains my inner self... But as the Paladin said:
Its the easy way to give up. I certainly will not!

Dasounnir my dear brother from the woods showed me a very interesting place!
I was a monastery on a high mountain... He said he overheard travelers
talking about it and they have a very interesting class I should attend. He
was right about the class, I hope I can find time to attend another.

I tried to go back to the monastery but somehow I got lost in the mountain.
But I found something that is worth every steep slope and misty mountain
range: A huge Temple on the top of the southern Mountains! I could somehow
even feel that the gods must be near this greatest of all Temples... Its a
long time since I felt so secure and peaceful as I do now in the Solarium of
the temple. What a paradise! I must show this to Dasounnir, he surely will
like it. I hope he is alright at the moment...

Chapter 3

Evil acquaintance and an iron will

Jaruche a vile necromancer started to hunt me thees days. Sometimes I manage
to escape his chilling grasps but sometimes all efforts were in vain. The
most strange and disturbing thing in our encounters was the calm and peaceful
expression of his face. He didnt show anger, hatred, bloodlust or pleasure
like many of thees pitiful evil beings do, but equilibrium and contentedness.
I often talked to him after our encounters, trying to divert him from his
evil ways but I couldnt do it. No matter how hard I tried. I hope he will
turn from his path before its to late... But I shall not give up!

I learned many lessons thees days, lessons of battle, lessons of faith and
lessons of life. A strong believe in the ways of the elven gods and
consistency on my path shall be my companions in the future.

I heard that Jaruche found his last death in a battle. I prayed in the great
temple for his soul. I hope the gods will show the mercy he never showed in

Chapter 2

A strange orc and inner strength

I talked with an orc named Grogogh who apparently possesses an intellect
quite above the standard of his kind. He said that he feels oppressed by my
kin and wishes peace or at least an end of bloodshed between our races. He
promised to stop hunting us if I in return stop hunting orcs. He told me he
will watch my actions and I will do the same with his. I wonder if an orc is
able to keep such a promise but I will see.

Grogogh told me today that he hast kept his promise but was attacked by
Vaerdrun, one of my brothers. He let him run away but suspects that I
conspire against him. Interesting... He only wants to believe me if I stop a
Felar called "Nyrka" from hunting him. I talked to him but something
different came up then: Nyrka and Vaerdrun protected the Fortress while
Grogogh aided others in the attack... What does he gain when he lies to me?
How puzzling...

Today I met Caek and Pheyneed a quite handsome elven warrior but sadly our
travels turned worse after we were surrounded by dark guards in the Arial
city. I managed to recall them to their hometowns but Pheyneed got attacked
shortly after this by two of those unsavory dark-elfs. I barely could gate to
him but i lacked the strength to teleport us both to safety. The only thing I
could do was to heal his wounds and refresh his feet before their vicious
blades bore into me. But thanks to the gods at least he could escape their
blood lust.

Chapter 1

Sleep and sorrow

A lot of time passed since I wrote in here.
I seem to suffer some kind of strange illness, I have to sleep way too
much... Days,weeks or month I spend sleeping in the safe haven of the
fortress, protected by my dear brothers and sisters. Every time I woke
up I felt a loss inside me. Every time i woke up some of my friends were
gone... Forever.

While Gumbldink,Ishranaye and Leeyantra vanished one after the other my
heart was pained with sorrow and grief. It was hard to resist the
temptation to sleep and escape the harsh reality. Everytime I woke up I
asked about my dear sister Limnoreia and her wellbeing. Everytime I got
a positive answer but I somehow knew that I will never see her again...
One day I got news that, with her mind still unbroken, her body gave
away after too many fights against the wicked.

I feel so helpless in a world that crumbles before my own eyes...
