Chapter 2

The beginning

I lay in my bed, it has been three days since I was in school. My parents
had enough,they told me I had to go to school today. I didn't want to, but I
couldn't do anything about it. So before I left, I sat on my floor, put my
hands together on my bed and prayed, oh I prayed to whoever was listening. I
asked to help me, help me fight off these bullies, so they will cower in fear
at just my name. I sat there for a few minutes, hoping I would feel
something. Finally, I got up and went to school. I went through the dark
alley again, I didn't think they would wait for me again. I was right...sort
of. There was only one this time, though. He came out of the shadows, and
for some reason I didn't seem scared, I didn't back down or anything. I just
kept walking towards him. I heard a voice in my head, it said 'Kill him!'.
He laughed, and threw a punch at me, I quickly dodged to the left, and
somehow...I put my hand flat, and jabbed it at his throat. I'm not sure what
happened, but he fell to the ground, hands at his throat, squirming. I
smiled to myself as I watched the life flow out of him.As he finally
started to stop squirming, I started to walk to school again. I noticed
movement around the corpse, so I stopped and looked closely. I fell back in
astonishment, I saw claws coming from the ground, to grab around the corpse.
Though it was not grabbing on the corpse...but something else. The claws
started to pull down, and I noticed this ghostly figure leave the body and go
into the ground with the claws.I sat there for a few minutes, staring at
the corpse.
