Initiation into the Fortress

By tha beards O' meh ancestors! There AH stood, within tha sacred confines of
tha Fortress O' Light, each stone whisperin' tales older than tha eldest
mines. Tha glint from tha braziers, throwin' long silhouettes, felt like the
gleam o' the rarest gemstones from the inmost depths. AH could feel the
remnants of ancient songs weighin' heavy on meh, makin' meh very soul thump
like the fiercest hammers on a stout anvil.


Then, from amidst that grand spectacle, Captain Coqui, tha one leadin' our
brigade, her eyes sharp and piercing, met mine. "Erorm," she began, her voice
like a gentle stream, "You are a bright spot, in all of this. I think I've
brought in over a hundred squires by now. Quite a bit over. I've met all
sorts of people here." Her words lingered, delicate yet profound, ah testament
to her vast experience. Was she suggestin' tha amidst all them who dun
passed through, AH stood out? Was AH truly ah shard O' mithril en this grand
tapestry?

By Baerinika's spear! Her words ignited ah flame in meh belly. Ah callin',
which AH thought burned fierce, suddenly roared with a ferocity rivalin' the
ancient forges. If AH am to be that beacon, AH'm set to gather every shard of
light in Thera, confrontin' the shadows and twistin' paths. Meh duty to the
light deepened, more profound than any mine's depth. With this newfound
purpose, AH pledged to not only defend against the wicked but to turn 'em,
and even those on the fence, to the side of good with every word, every
breath, and every swing O' meh fists.
