The Dreams

Why now over the last few years had these dreams reawakened? Dreams (or
better yet nightmares) which he thought long lost to memory now resurfacing
like a bloated rotten corpse upon a lake. What had his family been hiding
from him all these years which seem to have affected his mind and soul in
some way? A small kernal of fear, corruption, of doubt that seem to infest
his dreams of late. Dreams which have sapped him of his love of the forest
and nature, as all he saw was decay, blood and death wherever he looked.

This place, it clearly must be cursed and to such it should be purged in
fire. Lanathalis had no love for this place anymore, as was just a reminder
of what had been if that was even to be believed. What was worse was
Lanathalis was still very young to have so much happen to him. Perhaps it was
the isolation deep within the forest which was getting to him, driving him
mad to have such dreams. Perhaps such a cleansing would purify his soul and
his dreams to where once again he could get sleep.
