Critique on Imperial Order

The Empire is a delicate symphony, a beautiful construct whose harmony we
must take great care to maintain the lest it fall to discordant chaos. I have
noticed a trend within the Empire, where personal strength is valued over
effective communication. Let me preface this by saying that communication is
the lifeblood of any collaborative effort, for by it directives and
information are circulated to ensure the health of the whole. A failure in
communication - or worse yet, destructive communication - can poison the
efforts of our great Empire.

It is all well and good to have strong, competent Citizens but we are
cheapened for our inability to effectively collaborate. The Empire as it
stands is a slipshod cuckoo clock assembled from high quality titanium -the
pieces may be independently quite good, but for lack of proper assemblage,
they cheapen and mar one another in their collective grinding. Petty
squabbles between Blades who think that the Shadows are cowards, and the
Shadows who think that the Blades are impatient taffers are
counterproductive.

I propose the solution that only a servant can offer: Dominate not in
command, but in service. He who facilitates victory in collaboration expands
his capacity for service in the future, and will be looked upon as a leader
among men. Leave the posturing and tournament displays for savage apes in the
wild. You are a slave, start acting like it. Submit, and be elevated.
