Dolce Dim - Encouragement from the Heavens

Dolce's mother always encouraged her son to pray, figuring that if her son
believed that a god challenged him with developmental disabilities for a
reason, it would encourage him to concentrate on his actual abilities - what
he can do, instead of what he can't. (His mother, however, cursed the gods
daily for burdening her with a dumb son).

Dolce clings to this tidbit of wisdom that his mother bestowed upon him, and
prays to his Patron of Strength, Yean, nearly every day.

Dolce has also been further encouraged by the Lady Yean herself, who has
spoken with him on a number of occasions - echoing his mother's sentiments
that one not be intellectually gifted to be a strong, beautiful person. He
has also learned from Lady Yean that consuming alcohol reduces some of his
erratic behavior, such as shaking back and forth, and his tendency towards
self-injury.
