Entry 2:

Dear Father.

I approached Lady Yean today, father. We talked for quite a while
about the path i've chosen for myself. I came to realise that I
am merly your shadow, I am not my own person. With this realization
I now understand what I must do. Father, I am not abandoning your
memory, I am still your blood, I am still your son. I will do my
battle and and learn how to avoid the trapdoors of darkness that
always creek under my feet. But I must move out of your shadow
and become a man who seek his own destiny in life. The result
will be the same in the end, our bloodline will be pure once more.
My children will see a strong and wise elf, who faught his battles
and resisted the taint. Not one who spent his life making futile
attempts at fighting his way out of the shadows of past sins.

Rest in peace, my father.
