3117, New areas!?

As the in game MOTD suggests, there are two new available areas in the Theran landscape:
2019/07/07: The Workshop of the Master Enchanter is now open for business! Stop by for a lesson, or to throw a wrench in the works (as it were).
2019/07/14: A mysterious new growth emerges from the razed Ashes of Nowhere.
