For those eager to purchase a PBF prior to the imminent move to the new server, the PayPal account on the player forums (see "Donate" button to the left) is updated.

The amount @ paypal when one hits donate is fixed at 5$.

That is the donation amount at which you may request a PBF.

The point was that in the past, one could buy multiple PBFs at one shot by simply putting in donate $25 rather than $5, $5, $5, $5, $5. I'm not sure but I think I even read something from Zulg saying it was better that way for some reason.

I think that it was due to the fee per transaction from paypal, because I asked the same thing of Zulgh a long time ago. I am not sure how paypal's fee structure works these days though so maybe it has changed since.

If you do 10 transactions of $5, you hit 10 fees. One transaction of $50 had a lower total fee, so CF got more net benefit from the same transactions. Not sure if it was a lot, but it was there.
