I've updated the quest command so that it will now show you the quests you've completed (and whether you were successful or failed).

I've also updated the in progress quests to contain the max level that they can be completed at, for example:

<12> Lumberyard: Denaradyn's Surveyors Lens
+ Return Denaradyn's surveyors lens that he lost to the gibberlings in the Violet Forest
<10> Lumberyard: Rat and Spider Extermination
+ The foreman mentioned a reward for clearing the Lumberyard of rats, spiders, and 'bugs'.

Along with this, I've made it so that when you level up beyond a quest's limit, it will automatically fail the quest, and no longer clutter up your quest log.

As with the original implementation of the quest command, I'm working my way through the quests to update them into the new format.
