Berserkers (both PC and NPC) who use Berserk skill in combat will get an additional burst-o-offense. This has two parts:

1) A very short duration +hit/dam/str/con/morale boost. This is enhanced if the person the orc is fighting is an elf or wood-elf. It will wear off well before the main Berserk effect.
2) An additional normal melee attack in the following round, with the possibility of an extra attack in subsequent rounds.

This is an enhancement to the existing Berserk skill, not an additional skill.
