So I'll ask here.
Some pieces of gear affect morale.
However, there is a trend for morale towards a central point, as far as I can work out.
What I'm wondering is "Does the benefit of gear get eroded because of the pull back to the central point, or does the central point increase to reflect + morale gear."
For example, if I wore enough +morale gear, would my "normal" morale be SECURE say?

All morale is handled by affects these days. Some are visible to you, some aren't.
