9790, Forked

If cast on a PC group, unless they are the same race/class it doesn't fork. It only hits the primary target.
9809, I am unable to repro this

Tried it with an uncaballed human bard, nexus cloud warrior and a battle human warrior and it hit all three just fine.
9814, I can look for the log, if Eudarilla can't beat me to it.

It was a while ago, thats why I asked if it was in the queue. My group attacked a group of ragers and even though the spell hit the first target, it didn't fork off to the others.
9815, I don't have the log, maybe Eulinda does. nt

Doesn't that give an echo? Also if I hit the primary target, do they get a save or chance to bane/evade if they are just caught in the backlash?

Nope. (Intentionally -- consider faerie fog, for example.)

Yup.
