Primordial vengeance effects while in mountainous terrain prog on the affected person even when he's not moving, which doesn't make sense given their descriptions.
"As you step upon a loose rock, you painfully turn an ankle!"
"As you labor through the difficult terrain, the thin air brings a dizzy spell."

Some of those only get you if you're standing up, by the way. You won't turn an ankle resting.
Otherwise, either you're wandering around, or Vengeful nature is coming to you.
