So I dont have log of it, but for example ill cranial a target successfully, they flee so i move in to cranial again and i get the messed, they are already dazed from a blow to the skull. Just curious if this is intended?

Cranial as an opening move is like blackjack. You cannot do it repeatedly, and it offers the victim protection against future cranials for a while.
