For some reason my gut shots are doing damage type based on my offhand weapon. A weapon that's not even a dagger. It's a sword. These are my current weapons that I use:
<mainhand (weapon)> a dagger named 'Icepick'
<offhand (weapon)> (Glowing) the fiery mithril sabre named 'Phoenix Edge'

As you can see my dagger is in my mainhand and I have a flame sword in my off hand. Yet when I gut shot I get fire damage type. Last time I checked, Icepick didn't do fire damage. Case in point:
