9334, Loch Grym quest weirdness

I was trying to do the Loch Grynmear quest and when I get to Mariara I get this response:
Apostle Mariara says 'You have made your choice. I do not desire your help.'
I'm not sure why, I've done everything the same as I have in the past but have never recieved this response from her. An Imm said the quest was in my quest in progress list and said to post this here.

Apparently you said no to her request.
