This armor, the Torc of the Nightmare Dragon can be referred to as 'torc collar dragon dark metal'.
It is worth 16807 copper, and is of the 50th level of power.
It is made of adamantite and weighs 8 pounds 8 ounces.
It seems to be dark and cloaked in shadows.
It is unusable for those of a pure soul.
It has a chilling aura of evil.
When worn, it protects you against piercing for 17,
bashing for 17, slashing for 17 and magic for 7 points each.
When worn, it affects your damage roll by 2 points and
your hp by 25 pointsyour strength by 2 points, .

Which should probably read:
"your hp by 25 points, your strength by 2 points."
But it would have been nice of him to point it out. Akin to dumping an entire room description and saying "Here, you've got nothing better to do, go fix this!"
