Why does Greeting trump Harmonious? Having had Harmonius on several characters, it already seems like it's less good at doing what it does than other legacies at doing what they do. Maybe it was tweaked down a while back for some reason. But against greeting especially, it's as though you don't even have it. If you spend the precious legacy on something specifically to keep you less lagged, why does the lagging one trump it? I've had greeting too, and spending the precious legacy choice on that, but having it not work on the harmoinous people, looks like the right outcome, sort of like they cancel out in that particular match-up and you just end up with regular bashing.

Is Greeting supposed to be negating harmonious, as it is? And has anyone looked at how well harmonious works generally, recently?

Harmonious Equilibrium has its normal effect whether or not Greeting the Avalanche is in play. No bug is present.
