Artery is a one round lag command. However, when someone has the distorted vision song on them or when someone is fighting a mongoose, artery gives a two round lag. I'm comparing this to vital blow, which still is a one roudn lag command even when with the bard song or when fighting a mongoose. Bug?

P.S. Commands that are three or four rounds are also only two in that situation.
