8616, 3 deaths a Con?

My last character, and my current character. Both lost their first point of con after TWO deaths, not three.
Wondering if this is by design, or a bug?

1) Seems normal for several randomly chosen characters I just checked.
2) If you are certain you're an exception, send me names and approximate times.

Only character I can seem to find with the logs to prove it (I think),
is Gwydion.
I had the logger going the whole character's life, and I can not find
any other deaths before the loss of con in my logs, so I would be very
surprised if I am mistaken, but if I am, sorry for taking your time.

... and about 90 minutes before dying to Hrogir, you committed suicide on the Aryth. That makes 3 when you die to Hrogir, losing 1 point. You were later killed 3 times more (Hrogir again, Grunthor, Urgeetor) and lost another point.
I'm not sure I've ever seen one of these pan out, and I'm going to stop checking them unless I see a batch all at once-- it's very unlikely to be broken for just one player.
