8554, Syntax Contradiction
Posted by Binder on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM
When unbinding people, the help file syntax contradicts the
"error" message syntax. I've also tried it both ways
and I can't get either to work (perhaps because I failed?)
Which is fine with me, but the help file still contradicts the
error message syntax. So what gives?

Your rope breaks as you try to cinch it about a wood-elf
socialite's legs.

|100%hp 100%m 96%mv 7027tnl 6 PM| unbind wood legs

UNBIND UNTIE UNTRUSS
These commands are used to unbind a victim of a thief's
binding. You cannot
use any of these commands if you, yourself, are tied, trussed,
or have bound
hands. Any third party person can walk up and untie a thief's
victim. Untie
works on both a trussed person and a tied person.

The types of bindings are: blindfold, gag, hands, legs

Syntax:
unbind (attempts to unbind yourself in a
pre-defined order)
unbind <type> (attempts to unbind yourself of
specific binding)
unbind <person> <type> (attempts to unbind person
of specific binding)
untie <person> (attempts to untie and untruss
person)
