No log, but I've seen a lot (and experienced a few) where neuro seems to have no trouble landing - and freezing for a long time - in the midst of a six person gank.
Am I just seeing it the times it succeed? Or can't it fail like everything else?

Even a blind pig finds mud sometimes. I double-checked and neurological disruption takes a ganking hit.
