It can catch plague.
A zombie of a Giant Spider writhes in agony as plague sores erupt from his skin.A zombie of a Giant Spider is unaffected by his own sickness.
The stone floor writhes in agony as plague sores erupt from its skin.
The stone floor's sickness grazes it.

I found one way this could happen and closed it for Plague and related afflictions. There may still be others. Let me know if you see this in the future.
