Before the Imperial Palace
Marckarius utters the words, 'uqzbarr'.
Mystic frost manifests itself at Marckarius's hands before he sends it forth in a frigid explosion of snow and ice.
Marckarius's iceball hits him.
This isn't an inside room, so I'm not sure why this guy's iceball
keeps hitting himself here.
