It doesn't mention in what position the Sects overall donations are.
First, second, third? It did while I wasn't High priest.
Even though Lunach is dead, he shows up on my 'elite' list. Though I suspect that will change with a crash/reboot. It did when I was high priest and Netilan was missing off the elite list.
