During the hp-boost period after vamp touching this mob I get healed by the pendant. There was no tick involved, but it proceeded to drop me down in hp rather than bring me up. Maybe when you're buffed from a vamp touch the pendant shouldn't stack its healing, but it certainly shouldn't take away from the effect, I don't think.
