None of the mobs are marked "at home in the wilds" and therefore cannot be requested from by Outlanders. This seems to be the case for all of the rangers, the hares, and the boars at least.

at least, when requesting in chameleon you get from the rangers:
rangerx says 'Hello? Did someone say something?'
