7079, Truesight and blind and no head

This may be by design, it makes sense both ways, so in case it's supposed to go the other way, here it is: when you are blind and you don't have the head, trusight will not try to cure blindness, you just get the "Your eyes are as sharp as they will get." It expends mana, but does nothing.
