Fatigue sets in as the beggar suffers from some illness.
cast 'repair organ' beggar
You examine the beggar, but find he bears no wounds to mend.
You parry the beggar's scratch.
The beggar is in perfect health.

All of the Repair spells use the trust system, because they leave after-effects.
