l vigilance
The long blade of flawless steel shines with a proud light. The hilt is edged
in gold and decorated with studs of onyx, sapphire, and silver yet it is
wrapped in soft leather, making it as practical as it is beautiful. The keen
edge of the blade is impossibly sharp. Forged with magic by the Council, it
was a gift to the Captain upon assuming his post, to serve as reminder and
honor both.
The blade of vigilance is a sword, made of wax, and weighs 11 pounds 15 ounces.
If that is the right material, the description does not say anything to indicate it.
