5352, South darien guards.

I was wanted, Ran through South darien got a boat load of guards after me,(Including the commander, Who hits for MASSACERS-MANGLES and seems near impossible to dodge), But the problem was, They follow me Everywhere, For a good two hours, Until they finally cought up with me On the north road, and bashed me into oblivion, Just wondering if this is a big or not ( are they allowed to leave south dairen, much less follow you everwhere without range )
