I'm not sure how you've set up divine intervention with respect to how well it works, but after using it quite a lot I'll tell you it isn't working well at all, if at all, at least insofar as the dispel function. Maybe that's what you intend, but I have to assume it's supposed to be in fact able to dispel communes, not just try to but fail. So I figured it was just buggy.

And no, I'm not asking to have it taken away.

The fact that you are a storm giant paladin doesn't help.
