4882, Question with cold be sleep

When singing cold be sleep, I can sing it once, and
it will work fine.
MOB1 RESISTS
MOB2 FALLS ASLEEP
MOB3 RESISTS
If I go to sing a second time, no one hears the song
at all, no one resists or falls asleep. This is recent
and it used to work earlier on the char.

4889, All the cold-be-sleep stuff was one bug, and it's FNCR (n/t)
